Sure, you’ve heard of dog cafes by now. They are just cafes that keep dogs to entertain you. And they do their job pretty well, I can tell you that! Most of these cafes also are pet-friendly. This means that you can take your pet along too. Some of them even have a lot to offer to your beloved companion. Be it food, playtime (not for you… just your pet here!), red carpets… well, maybe. But the point is, these are all dog cafes. However, I am making this list of cafes that are well-suited for you to take your pet to. So again, apart from just the dog cafes, here’s about the Pet cafes in Bangalore!
Pet Cafes in Bangalore
Before I waste your time with every one of these cafes, let me just give the list right away. We’ll talk about each one later on.
- Yellow Submarine
- Urban Solace
- The Yogisthaan Cafe
- Art Of Delight
- Nossa Goa
- Mighty Paws
- Green Theory
- Teal Door Cafe
- Raasta Cafe
There’s a little bit of difference between ‘dog’ cafes and ‘pet-friendly’ or ‘pet’ cafes. In dog cafes, the place already owns dogs and you can play with those cuties there. A pet-friendly cafe is where you can bring along your four-legged sweetie along with you too. The list that I have given above is of the pet cafes in Bangalore.
If you’re looking particularly for dog cafe- some of them being Therpup Cafe, Snoopy Paws Cafe, then check out the Top 12 Dog Cafes in Bangalore worth visiting!
If you’ve heard of the Yellow Submarine being one of the places for live music as well, this is the very same one! Live music, great food (not to mention its brewed beer) and of course, being pet-friendly. In fact, this peaceful and comfy outdoor setting offers some delicacy specialties for your pet as well. Hearing a bit about it, I might as well add, they have got a smoking zone for the place too- just in case.
Anyways, apart from the food choice for your dogs, your pet can also socialize with the others of its kind while you can munch on some of their specialties for you. I haven’t tried it out on my own yet, but the Beatle themed cafe with hints of yellow around has some really great prawns. Now for dinner for two here approximately would cost a thousand rupees.
Address: 4th Floor, SRK Towers, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore
The services they provide are pretty similar to the previous cafe if you ask me. So here is a little about this place: They have got open area for seating, live music again, and the pet-friendly area… There is really nothing to brag about here now, is there? You name it, they have got everything that you’ll need for fine quality time with your pet.
They also serve alcohol (visible on the photo, ain’t it?) and WiFi is available alright.
Apart from being spacious and a pet-loving area (which it is), it is also considered to be one of the best vegetarian restaurants in Bangalore. The spacious area with green surroundings gets a homely vibe to the spot, and perhaps for your beloved pet too. Moreover, folks over at the place are all about eating clean and healthy. Speaking apart from its cafe aspects, this is all about ‘Soulful Living’. As the name suggests ‘Yogi’sthaan, they have yoga classes held every morning throughout the weekdays. They also offer to-stay facilities- check it out on their official site here.
Now, want to spend a lazy day by enjoying your meal for a long, long time with a couple of drinks peacefully… along with your dog? Then this might just be perfect for you!

I wouldn’t call Toit a cafe- Not even close actually. It’s a brew-pub. In fact, it’s known to be one of the busiest brew-pubs in Bangalore! And the other fact that the place is animal-friendly spikes it up even more.
On the other hand, apart from being known for being a dog-friendly place, it is also popular for its delicious food and outdoor seating area which makes the experience with your pet all the more enjoyable.
Address: 298, 100 Feet Rd, Near KFC Restaurant, Indira Nagar II Stage, Stage 1, Indiranagar, Bangalore
This is more of an ice cream parlor rather than a cafe… or a dessert bar. Why? Well, they take their ice creams seriously. Heavy works put into all of the delicacies is what I can say without a doubt! Anyway, it’s said that only the one by the Residency Road is pet-friendly. This can be sweet for a short meet-up and might cost around 400 for two.
Address: Firdous Complex, Residency Road, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru
Nah, don’t worry. I’m not that stupid to bring up a cafe that’s not in Bangalore out of nowhere. Well, however, this cafe is a Goan restaurant just as the name suggests alright. And yes, this place is pet-friendly too.
While the space on the ground floor is for your doggie to munch away on dog food and cakes, you can go up to enjoy some great Goan delicacies- something that the place is meant for. Some of the delicacies that are on the highlights here are Roast Chicken and Pork Sorpotel.
Located at: 38, Castle St, Richmond Town, Bangalore
The cute little name given to this cafe itself makes it all the more alluring, doesn’t it? Well, the cafe really is sweet on the inside as well. Believe it or not, the cozy-vibed, two-floored cafe offers food at considerably reasonable rates.
On an estimate, one might end up spending around 500 bucks for two. If that’s not a reasonable price for a date, then I don’t know what is. Looking at the lighter end, the theme of the cafe is to help get your pawed friend a friendly-vibe.
Located at: 533, 2nd Main, KPCL Layout, Kasavanahalli, Kasavanahalli, Bangalore
Just as the name ‘Green Theory’ speaks out for itself, the little cafe here is surrounded by greenery all around. If your doggy wants a little air, just like you do, then this would be perfect.
While you enjoy your delicious vegetarian delicacies from the menu, your pet can bask in all the attention from the dog-lovers around and the cafe members themselves too! Now that would definitely serve as a fresh breath for your little companion, wouldn’t it?
Located at: 15, Convent Road, Ashok Nagar, Bangalore
The name does sound pretty casual. However, the interesting story behind it is that it is actually named after the restaurant owner’s dog. This place comes from a long way down from 20 years and still on. Considering the huge, spacious, two-story bungalow that serves as the restaurant, you and your beloved snouted companion can definitely have some great cozy time here!
Oh, and of course- about the cuisine here- the menu doesn’t change and sticks (and boasts) about its European delicacies!
Address: 50, Opp. Loom, Lavelle Road, Ashok Nagar
This one’s a little unique and interesting with their menu recipes. All the recipes are collected from mothers all over and it’s vegetarian. And yes, this place is open for doggies too.
They even have a small playground area for little puppies to play in. Though this isn’t the main feature of the Maia restaurant as it mainly focuses on its delicacies, it’s an available feature alright. Speaking of delicacies and mothers, the restaurant also has a very specific theme that plays its part- mostly comfortable coaches with long tables.
Address: Siri Pristine, Off, Marathahalli – Sarjapur Outer Ring Rd, Green Glen Layout, Bellandur, Bangalore
Comparing the variety of cuisines available on the other cafes on this list, Teal Door Cafe has the widest range of cuisines available. Along with our ever-loved Masala Dosas and Idlis, the Western essence of sandwiches, nachos, cheesecakes, and pancakes are also available.
Sure, it’s got great interiors- but all the love and success it’s got is out of its delicacies and of course- for being a pet-friendly environment.
Address: 618, 2nd Main Road, Binnamangala, Hoysala Nagar, Indiranagar, Bangalore
If you’re looking for a place to chill out a little or take a small vacation- then this might just be it. It turns out to be a pretty peaceful place where you can bring your beloved pet along to spend a soothing night under the stars… spoiler alert: It’s an outdoor cafe!
Oh, and another thing, this place is really great at night- typically for 18+ age groups.
Address: Bangalore Mysore Highway, South Bangalore
Wrapping up right away
So that would be all to the pet-friendly cafes that I could make a list of. Now, there are many more out there. Many more and still yet to come- no doubt about that. If you know any new pet-friendly spot that is totally up to be on the list, just hit me up with it on the comment section below and I’ll look about it! Well, that brings us to the end of pet cafes in Bangalore, doesn’t it?
